Who We Are

The Fly Girl Network, Inc., (FGN) is a non-profit youth development organization dedicated to serving female youth and young adults (18-24) through enrichment programming and empowerment initiatives that aim to cultivate the creative, educational, emotional and spiritual growth of today’s young women

FGN was founded in Baltimore, MD in 2009 by youth advocate, urban educator, and journalist, Tiffany Ginyard. In 2010, the first Fly & Fearless Coaching Program was established at Edmondson-Westside High School (Baltimore, MD).

Since then, over 100 adolescent girls have gone through the program, and participated in various FGN-sponsored summer enrichment and service learning opportunities.
